Welcome to King’s Inn City Hostel Hotel Alkmaar! We look forward to welcoming you to our cozy hostel and hotel. To ensure a pleasant stay, please take a moment to read our terms and conditions.
1. Reservations & Payments- A reservation is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation from us.
- All bookings must be paid in advance or upon arrival. Post-payment is not possible.
- We offer two rate options:
- Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.
- Non-Refundable Rate: No cancellations or changes allowed, and the full amount will be charged immediately.
- Payments can be made via VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, iDeal, or cash.
Group Bookings (8 or more people):- Up to 4 weeks before arrival: Free cancellation for the entire reservation.
- Up to 3 weeks before arrival: Free cancellation for up to 8 people.
- Up to 2 weeks before arrival: Free cancellation for up to 4 people.
- Up to 48 hours before arrival: Free cancellation for up to 2 people.
- Within 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the booking value will be charged.
2. Check-in & Check-out- Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM). Arriving earlier? We can store your luggage!
- Check-out: Before 10:30 AM. Late check-out is possible based on availability and for an additional fee.
- A valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at check-in.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows- Standard rate: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.
- Late cancellation or no-show: The first night will be charged.
- Non-refundable reservations: Cannot be changed or canceled.
4. Conduct & House Rules- We kindly ask all guests to behave respectfully and not disturb others.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors. If you smoke in your room, a cleaning fee of at least €250 will be charged.
- Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in shared hostel accommodation unless the entire room is booked for a group. In private rooms, minors are allowed only if accompanied by an adult (18+).
- Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs.
5. Liability & Damages- King’s Inn is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Use our lockers for valuables!
- Any damage to the room or public areas caused by you or your guests will be charged accordingly.
